Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in sour cream. Pour over potatoes and stir to combine. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
