Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef and garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
