- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix until combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add the fish sauce mixture and the pickled vegetables. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each hamburger bun. Place the burgers on the buns, top with the cilantro and mint, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
