Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 8 crackers)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the noodles, tuna, soup, peas, sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
- Combine cracker crumbs and remaining cheese; sprinkle over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until heated through.
