Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 8 crackers)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the noodles, tuna, soup, peas, sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  3. Combine cracker crumbs and remaining cheese; sprinkle over the top.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until heated through.
