Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, toss the diced apples with 2 tablespoons flour, brown sugar, cream, walnuts, and raisins.
Spread the apples over the cake batter.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
