Ingredients
- 1 9-inch store-bought or homemade pie crust
- ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Unroll the pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, espresso powder, and cornstarch.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, walnuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
