Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir together until all ingredients are well blended.
- Place steak into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the steak.
- Seal the bag and move around to coat steak with marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
- Remove steak from the bag and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
