Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the caraway seeds, paprika, and salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm.
