Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 pita pockets
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin, and salt until completely combined.
  2. Add the crab meat to the bowl and mix until the crab is evenly coated with the sauce.
  3. Heat the pita pockets in the oven or in a toaster oven until warm.
  4. Once the pitas are warm, spoon the crab mixture into each pita pocket.
  5. Top with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
