Ingredients
1 cup butter
3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the sugar and evaporated milk. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, chopped jalapenos, and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the fudge has set.
Cut into small squares and serve.
