Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sausage (your choice)
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together bourbon, brown sugar, mustard seeds, salt and pepper.
- Place sausage in a greased baking dish.
- Pour bourbon mixture over the sausage and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
