1 cup water

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium saucepan, bring the millet and water to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.
Stir in honey, baking powder, and salt.
Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
