Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan, bring the millet and water to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.
- Stir in honey, baking powder, and salt.
- Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
