Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4-6 chocolate chip cookies
  • 6-8 popsicle molds

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and butter. Heat over medium heat until the butter has melted. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into the popsicle molds. Place a few chocolate chip cookies into each mold.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and then gently pull the popsicles out.

  • These ice pops are a great way to use up left over cookies!
  • You can also add a few drops of food coloring to the mixture for fun, colorful popsicles.
