Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4-6 chocolate chip cookies
- 6-8 popsicle molds
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and butter. Heat over medium heat until the butter has melted. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into the popsicle molds. Place a few chocolate chip cookies into each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and then gently pull the popsicles out.
