Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, coriander, pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, allspice, cloves, salt, nutmeg, and ginger.
  2. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties and fry in a skillet over medium-high heat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Serve the chorizo with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
