Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the horseradish, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
