Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
