Ingredients
- 1 cup of diced cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
- Honey or sugar, to taste (optional)
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and add honey or sugar, if desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
