Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • Honey or sugar, to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and add honey or sugar, if desired.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
