- 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
