Ingredients
- 5 large portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup minced fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Reserve the stems for another use.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the cheese mixture, packing it gently but firmly into the mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve hot.
