Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, chickpeas, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and stir to combine.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
