Ingredients
- 1 cup of celery, diced
- 1 cup of carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of green onion, diced
- 1/4 cup of dill pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup of black olives, diced
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the diced vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the vegetables and stir until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on a platter with crackers or chips.
