Ingredients
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and thyme and stir until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and add in broccoli. Stir to combine.
Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
