Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar, almond paste, flour, egg, almond extract, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4-inch (6-mm) thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out shapes of your choice and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
