Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pre-made graham cracker or shortbread crust
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
3. Pour the marshmallow mixture into the pre-made crust and spread evenly.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
