Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen artichokes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Toss the frozen artichokes in the seasoned flour until well coated.
  4. Spread the artichokes on the prepared baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
