Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, walnuts, and raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
