Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
- Mix in the artichoke hearts.
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the artichoke mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
