- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, turning the steak occasionally to evenly coat it with the marinade.
