Ingredients

Directions
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the crushed tomatoes, and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the chopped parsley, and remove from the heat.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
