Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarita mix
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the margarita mix, tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Stir until well blended.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, and mix until well blended.
  3. Gradually add the margarita mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
