Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into strips about 1/2 inch wide. Place the strips onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the strips with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dip!
