Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)

Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same manner as the dark chocolate.
- In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat the heavy cream in the microwave for about 1 minute, until hot but not boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the melted dark chocolate, add vanilla extract, and stir until well combined and smooth.
- If desired, divide the white chocolate into separate bowls and add food coloring to create different colored chocolates.
