Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine walnuts, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract. Stir until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool and harden.
- Store in an airtight container.
