Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, rum, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and thyme.
