Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, maple syrup, and egg until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fill the doughnut pan with the batter. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack.
Roll the doughnuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve warm.
