- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup cinnamon-sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a doughnut pan with cooking spray or shortening.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, maple syrup, and egg until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the doughnut pan with the batter. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack.
- Roll the doughnuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve warm.
