Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced mango, coconut milk, honey and salt.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Transfer to a blender and process until smooth.
