Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 8 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces salami, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, salami, and mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes over the cheese.
  6. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the stromboli, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the olive oil over the top of the stromboli.
  9. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  10. Using a sharp knife, cut a few slits on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
