Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (25 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine Alfredo sauce, white wine, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread 1/3 of Alfredo sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Arrange layer of 4 cooked lasagna noodles over Alfredo sauce. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over noodles, and top with 1/3 of Alfredo sauce mixture.
  7. Repeat layers of noodles, cheese mixture, and Alfredo sauce two more times. Sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
