Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until evenly browned. Drain fat.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce. Arrange 3 noodles side by side over sauce. Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over noodles. Top with 1/2 of the remaining sauce, 1/2 of the ground beef, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Bake lasagna in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
