Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 cup crushed candy canes
Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
Spread the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.

Candy canes were invented in Germany in the 16th century.
Peppermint extract can be used for flavoring other desserts, such as cookies or cakes.
White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids and vanilla.
