Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and sea salt.
- Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dish.
