Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and yogurt.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Fold in the pecans and raisins.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
