Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken thighs, cut into pieces

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black pepper, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Mix to combine and set aside.
