Ingredients
1 lb ground bison
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the bison and onion until the meat is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 8 minutes.
Add the garlic, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, chili powder, cumin, and oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste and diced tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes more.
Add the beans, broth, salt, and pepper and bring the chili to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve the chili with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
