Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1-3 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and melted chocolate chips until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and light brown sugar. Beat until combined.
  3. Add heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies as desired.
