Directions
- In a food processor, pulse the cooked lentils until they are coarsely chopped.
- Add the oats, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to the processor and pulse until everything is combined and the mixture is thick and sticky.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
