Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and leaves separated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the Swiss chard leaves and stems thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Remove the stems from the Swiss chard and chop them into small pieces. Set them aside.
  3. Coarsely chop the Swiss chard leaves.
