Ingredients
2 bunches of collard greens, cleaned and chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add collard greens, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
