Ingredients

  • 2 (4-ounce) trout fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lay the trout fillets in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the trout fillets.
