Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
- Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Strain the potatoes and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, celery, sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
