Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Strain the potatoes and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, celery, sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
